Overview, health, and recovery-screen controls
Review your application’s activity, investigate problems, and check resource health.
Step-by-step guidance.
Before you start
- Open the named screen in Rumata. Available controls may depend on your account, permissions, and resource state.
Business overview
Open System Explorer → Overview for a snapshot of the factory. Backend-only factories show a resource-focused workspace overview instead of requiring frontend setup; open Services for API or worker status. Check the sample time and any unavailable-data messages before relying on the numbers.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Refresh | Reload the overview’s database, workflow, frontend, storage, and allowance information. |
| Open frontend setup | Open Frontend when the website is not published. |
| Show affected workflows | Open the workflows associated with recorded failures so you can inspect them. |
| Review frontend analytics | Open Frontend to investigate reported production errors. |
| At a glance cards | Read website requests, tracked users/customers, automation outcomes, business records, and stored files. Not tracked means a suitable audience list was not found. |
Extended overview
The initial view highlights the main business figures. Expand the technical overview when you need operational details.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Extend overview / Hide extended overview | Show or hide infrastructure metrics, charts, database operations, and storage details. |
| About / help icon | Read how a nearby measurement is calculated and what its scope means. |
| Workflow pulse → Hourly / Daily / Moving time window | Choose the chart grouping and lookback. The choices match the workflow Performance controls. |
| Chart hover | Inspect a time bucket’s measurements. |
| Database → Manage capacity / Idle hibernation | Open the database’s allocation or idle-policy form. Applying a change is a separate action within the form. |
| Storage bucket → quota action / Manage access | Open that bucket’s capacity or permissions controls. |
| Performance help | Explain cache hits, index scans, old row versions, temporary disk use, workflow percentiles, and throughput. |
Traffic map interactions
The same map controls appear in frontend analytics when request locations are available.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Country hover / keyboard focus | Show the country name and recorded requests. |
| Country click / Enter / Space / Top locations row | Select a country and focus the map on it. Countries with traffic can be reached by keyboard. |
| Zoom in / Zoom out / mouse wheel | Adjust map magnification. |
| Drag while zoomed in | Pan the map. |
| Reset traffic map zoom | Restore the world view. |
| Click map background | Clear the country selection. |
Unavailable resources and errors
After retrying a connection or setup, check whether the underlying issue is resolved.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Retry database setup | Request provisioning again after a setup failure. Waiting for capacity means setup can continue automatically when capacity becomes available. |
| Re-subscribe / Choose a plan in a persistent-data banner | Open pricing. Read the displayed retention deadline: resubscribing before deletion can restore retained access; after permanent deletion it provisions fresh storage. |
| Development capacity / runtime allowance action | Open the plan options relevant to the exhausted allowance. Repeatedly refreshing cannot increase the account’s allowance. |
| Factory Not Found → Return to Dashboard / Create New Factory | Return home. The second label also goes home; it does not create a factory immediately. |
| Application Error → Error details | Expand the error message and available stack trace. |
| Application Error → Try again | Reload the application. Unsaved browser drafts can be lost. |
| Preview component error → Try again | Reset the failed preview component and try rendering it again. |
