Inspect account allowances, customize a cloud bundle, and review resource purchases before paying.

Before you start
- Open the named screen in Rumata. Available controls may depend on your account, permissions, and resource state.
Usage dashboard
Confirm the billing account and displayed period. Reading or expanding a usage panel does not buy resources.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Hosted database details | Inspect database state, allocated storage, compute allowance and recovery information. A sleeping database is not deleted data. |
| All plan allowances | Inspect the full resource list. Distinguish period consumption, current capacity, per-action limits and retained allocations. |
| Usage period | Select the history window shown by compute charts. This does not change the subscription period. |
| History and technical totals | Inspect runtime and time-weighted allocated capacity. |
| Runtime / CPU / Memory | Select the chart metric and read its units. |
| Plan and billing details | Inspect the purchased configuration, subscription status and renewal details. |
| Add resources | Open resource purchases for this billing account. Available offers depend on the resource and account. |
AI credits and other resource purchases
AI credits are one resource among the available top-ups. Review whether the purchase is one-time or recurring.

| Resource and quantity selection | Choose the resource, pack quantity and displayed price. Selection does not charge you. |
| One-time / recurring purchase | Choose whether to buy once or refill at subscription renewal. |
| Purchase / checkout | Open secure checkout for the selected offer. Verify the resource, quantity, account and recurrence before paying. |
| Currently available balance | Inspect remaining resources before purchasing. A balance display is not a per-user application spending limit. |
Cloud bundle choices
Builder, Pro and Business cards use one configurable cloud bundle each, with optional AI and development-machine refills. Existing subscriptions may retain earlier purchased terms.

| Everything included | Expand a card to inspect its cloud allowance and optional refills. |
| AI credits / Dev-machine hours | Select recurring bundle inclusions independently. Read the updated price and full renewal total before confirming. |
| Your current bundle | Identify the purchased configuration. An unchanged bundle cannot be purchased again through the same action. |
| Switch to / Update bundle | Review the destination cloud tier and refill selections. Separately purchased recurring extras remain separate. |
| Upgrade infrastructure only | Increase the cloud tier while preserving existing AI and machine refill selections. |
| Change review | Review the immediate charge estimate, effective date and next renewal total. |
| Cancel subscription | Review the cancellation confirmation and effective date. Dismissing the dialog does not cancel; canceling recurrence does not immediately delete data or remove paid balances. |
| Custom / Let’s talk | Contact Rumata about custom requirements. Opening the contact action does not purchase a plan. |
Confirmation and errors
Payment, account activation and resource availability are separate states. Confirm the final account state before retrying a purchase.

|---|---|
| Loading / disabled purchase action | Wait for the current request. Do not start duplicate checkouts. |
| Check payment status | Reconcile a pending checkout and refresh the account. A provider return URL alone does not prove activation. |
| Wrong billing account notice | Switch to the intended authorized purchaser. The resource dialog must not silently buy capacity for another account. |
| Billing error | Inspect the current plan, pending change and resource balance before retrying. Contact Support with a redacted error if the state remains unclear. |
