## Sign in to Rumata

A project holds resources and access rules. A factory is a building workspace inside a project. An application is the website or product people use. Sign in with the Rumata account you will use to build it.

Go to [app.rumata.dev](https://app.rumata.dev/). If you’re signed out, Rumata opens the sign-in or registration screen.

1. Choose a sign-in method and complete registration if needed. New accounts receive a private project, usually named Private - followed by your name.
2. Read the registration result. Approval is automatic when capacity is available; otherwise the account waits for administrator approval.
3. If approval is pending, wait or contact [Support](https://rumata.dev/contact) using the registered account. Do not register again to get around the pending state.

> **Check your result**
> After approval, sign in with the same account and complete the welcome questions if shown. If sign-in is still blocked, report the exact message to Support; account approval and subscription activation are separate.

## Choose a plan

Choose a cloud tier and the optional recurring AI-credit and development-machine refills you need. Current tiers are Builder, Pro and Business; the bundle choices and renewal total appear in Pricing. A cloud-only subscription does not include new machine hours or AI credits unless they are added. See [Plans and usage](https://docs.rumata.dev/guides/billing).

Workspace access requires an active Rumata subscription. New accounts start without a plan. The welcome flow may offer an eligible introductory checkout; use the terms shown for your account rather than assuming free workspace access.

1. Complete any welcome questions, then review the cloud bundle, machine hours and AI funding needed for your intended way of building. External MCP clients can use your own coding tools, while a Rumata development machine needs available machine allowance.
2. Review the price, billing terms, infrastructure allowances, and whether AI usage is included before completing checkout.
3. Return to Rumata and wait for activation. If payment is still being confirmed, use Check payment again when offered or refresh the plan page; do not pay a second time.

> **Check your result**
> An active subscription lets you open Home and your workspace, subject to permissions and remaining allowances. If a paid plan still appears inactive, contact Support with the checkout time and displayed error. A teammate invitation does not activate a subscription.

## Open your workspace

You're in! Now it's time to start building.

Head to [Home](https://app.rumata.dev/), where you'll find your available development workspaces, called factories.

If you haven't created anything yet, your factory list may be empty. That's completely normal.

From here, you can create your first application, explore your existing projects, and manage your work as you build.

Rumata Home: describe your idea in the prompt box and find your workspaces under Factories.
